What are your business hours?
Our business hours are 10:00am – 7:00pm CT. We regularly respond to messages in 1 – 2 hours during these times. We are also available on weekends, but our response time may be longer.
Please feel free to send us a message for whatever it is you may need. If you are unclear about our policies, or if you have questions about a particular item, please contact us before placing your order.
How long will it take for my item to ship to me?
Standard shipping is USPS Priority Mail ($6.25), which generally takes 2 – 4 business days to arrive after shipping, but can take longer. Priority Mail does include a tracking number and includes $100 insurance. You have the option to upgrade to faster delivery options at an extra cost, just send us a message and let us know if you would like to upgrade prior to ordering. Shipping price will increase with higher quantities.
Uh-oh I used the wrong shipping address. What can I do?
We strive to ship as soon as possible using the addresses provided on the invoice, so please let us know as soon as possible (within 24hrs if possible) if you have made an error on your shipping address.
Do you accept returns?
We gladly accept returns and will make refunds for all returnable items only, such as bracelets, bangles, brooches, rings, hath panjas, necklaces, sari belts and anklets.
We can not accept returns or refunds for earrings or nose jewelry pieces for health/hygiene reasons unless the item arrives damaged or defective. We ask that our customers please respect this policy as it is a way for new customers to know that we do not sell worn, returned or used pieces in our shop. If you are not happy with this policy, please do not place or make the order.
Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. You can receive a refund for only the price of your item. Refund will be processed once we receive the item.
Lost, stolen, or undelivered shipments
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or undelivered shipments. All lost, stolen, or undelivered shipments purchased without insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. We will not be able to replace or refund items undelivered or lost without insurance. If you would like to purchase insurance, you may do so by contacting us prior to ordering.
* We do provide free insurance for orders over $100.00.
Questions, concerns, or issues with your order
Please notify me immediately (or within 3 days of receipt) if you have any issues with your order. Each item is packed securely with care, however if your item arrives damaged, I will do my best to provide a replacement (however most of the items are unique or one of a kind) and make sure you are completely happy with your purchase.
